Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible change-of-mind returns. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy applies in addition to any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a remedy where an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a legal guarantee, warranty, or consumer protection requirement that applies to your purchase.

Change-of-Mind Returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to the return address we provide after your return request has been approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a legal guarantee, warranty, or consumer protection requirement that applies to your purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under applicable law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, including perishable goods, custom products, special orders, personalised items, and gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer laws if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a legal guarantee, warranty, or consumer protection requirement that applies to your purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, for change-of-mind returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
